The Printed Image at Kerrie Lowe Gallery, Newtown
Several of my linocuts will be showing at the Kerrie Lowe Gallery from May 29 till June 16.
‘Purple Lost’ selected for Print Council of Australia’s 2015 print commission.
A version of my ‘Lost’ image has been chosen for this years Print Council of Australia’s print commission. There’s a little bit of money involved but it’s the exposure for my work that I’m most excited about. My linocut will be exhibited in all the capital cities around Australia as well as feature in various publications including ‘Imprint’.

Some critical acclaim, a good crowd & a few sales. What more can you ask from at an opening.
Shortlisted for the PCA Print Commission
I have been shortlisted for the Print Council of Australia’s 2015 Print Commission. There were 18 chosen from 118 applications. 10 works will selected so I guess I’ve got roughly a 50/50 chance now. Here’s hoping.
Solo exhibition ‘Narratives’ – linocuts printed, woven & quilted.
My solo exhibition at megalo print studio + gallery will start on March 14 and run till April 2, 2015. The opening drinks will happen on Saturday March 21 at 2pm. Two recent linocuts,’Drone Surfing’ & ‘It Must Have Been The Drugs’, were shortlisted for the 2014 Goulburn Art Prize.
New(s) – Southern Highlands Printmakers at Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery
June 27 to August 2, 2014.
My contribution to the SHP Coffs show, New(s), was entitled ‘Sketches’ and consisted of 16 mini
works (multi-block, reduction, woven, quilted, and montaged linocuts) displayed in a 4×4 block.
Veolia Creative Arts Scholarship
I was fortunate to be one of the 3 members of the Southern Highlands Printmakers to receive a Creative Arts Scholarship from the Veolia Mulwaree Trust. The $1000 grant will be used to help finance my upcoming solo show at Megalo.
Solo exhibition at Megalo Print Studio & Gallery in 2015
Megalo has a top exhibition space in their new premises in Kingston, just around from the National Gallery in Canberra. The date is yet to be set but it will be in the first half of 2015. The exhibition is tentatively titled ‘Narratives’ and will feature current work along with new prints emphasising strong color and pattern
